Requirements for Sending Artwork
General Requirements
Accepted file types for screenprinting: Any vector
files, including, but not limited to: CorelDraw (.CDR), Illustrator (.AI), Encapsulated Postscript (.EPS), and vector PDF. One-color, high resolution raster images may be
acceptable for one-color screenprinting jobs.
Send your file to our art department if you are unsure if it is a usuable file.
All graphic file types (PSD, JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, etc.) are accepted for digital printing (usually t-shirt transfers, banners, or posters). However, to ensure no quality loss in the print, we ask that the document size be the same size or larger than the size to be printed and that the resolution of the image be 300dpi or higher.
Artwork Reminders
• Convert all fonts to paths or curves OR send the font files along with your art submission.
• If you require a specific PMS color, specify this in your artwork or instructions to your sales representative. Make sure that your proof from our Art Department specifies the correct PMS color(s). Be aware that PMS color matching often incurs additional fees.
• Your artwork will be enlarged or reduced to fit the decal/label/product imprint area unless you indicate that the art is "exact size."
We Can Reproduce Your Logo Even If You Don't Have A Print-Ready File
Please contact your sales representative for current pricing. We have a full-service Art Department that can recreate your logo in a usuable format for a nominal charge.
If you do not have a logo, our Art Department can work with you to design a logo for your company.
